Q: What do you mean by cook book format?
When we say cook book format we mean any program that is written pre written without proper evaluation, even if the program has 100 different workouts there are still vital keys left out, how can a program have maximum results without knowing the unique strengths, weakness and resources of the athlete? It can't. Some people can try every program out there and do not see any results because they have imbalances that prevent them from developing maximum explosive power, these imbalances need to be corrected before you start training. Do you think pro athletes start a training program without going through an evaluation by their strength and conditioning trainers? No, if they did then the trainers might as well write 50 programs before the off season leave them at the training facility and each athlete picks up the program on top and starts using it. For example in a cook book, they write recipes based on what is in their kitchen not yours, what if the recipe in the book calls for eggs but you don't eat eggs? Maybe it calls for milk but you are lactose intolerant?  What if the program calls for weights but you don't have access to weights? maybe it calls for supplements (creatine, D- Ribose) but you don't want to use supplements or have bad reactions to the supplements the program requires? Now the program is basically useless to you. Since we build a program around you, you don't have to worry about the "what if" or spending extra money to have access to other things needed to make the program work.

Q: Is your program an e-book?
A: No our program is a hard 407 page manual and 3 part video series that includes printable workout cards and progress charts. Our program does not pad its page count with hundreds of pages of "bonus" e-books that are available from various e-book retailers on the internet for $1 a bundle. Our website does not follow the same format and layout as the others and neither does our program, most of our exercises and techniques you will only find inside of the program 51 training manual.


Q: Do I get to see my biomechanics evaluation?

Yes! we will send you the pictures and/or video with corrections that needed to be made to your mechanics, the easiest way to understand the corrections data is through visual feedback.

Q: Does your program train a 4 types of power, as the others claim to do?
A: No!!! We'd be insulting and misleading our customers if we Program 51 only developed and trained only 4 out of 10 aspects of their power development. Our program trains and helps you improve all 10 types of power needed to drastically improve your athletic ability and overall explosiveness.  Would you see a doctor who only knew how to treat 40% of the illnesses he specialized in? No.

Q: I have seen other trainer customized vertical jump improving products on the market, what makes yours better?

A: We continue to revolutionize the genre, we were the first to offer fully customized programs. We told you to stop buying workouts in a cook book format, they followed months later by asking you not to buy programs in a cookie cutter format.  We are still the only company to provide our customers with professional level motion correction. The other thing that sets us apart, our trainers can actually perform the techniques and movements that they teach. We don't just give you a bunch of "jump theory" these guys are all former professional or division one level athletes who have applied these the techniques in this program into successful competitive careers. The biggest part of explosive training is in the physical application inside of a stressful competitive environment. Anybody can be compete in space but can you do it with an opponent working against you? The difference between a show player and an all star is application.

Q: Why is your program only $44?
A: Unless we are going to send our trainers to your home to complete the first session with you, we can't justify charging you more then $60

Q: What kind of results can we expect from your program?
A: Your results from this program will be determined by your own work ethic and dedication.  Secondly, no two of our programs are the same because no two of the athletes using our system are the same.  It would be very gimmicky for us to guarantee 20 inches. Average  results are 14 inches for vertical jump, some will  be over some under it all depends on the athlete and how closely they follow our directions.
